Nando’s Peri Peri Sauces come in various degrees of spiciness; we like the “Hot” for a bit of heat and flavour. There are Nando’s Restaurants in Virginia, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Marinate any type of chicken with the skin on and bake/grill.
Serve with tortilla chips along with Pico de Gallo and Guacamole for a finger food style meal. We’ve also had great success marinating (1/2 cup Peri Peri) a whole cut up chicken served with Oven Rice.
