Parmesan Crisps
These are so good, as part of the antipasti tray or with a hot bowl of Tomato Soup. Super easy and 0 carbs. This recipe makes 12 crisps.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (70 grams) grated Parmesan Cheese 0 CHO
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 400
- Line cooking sheet with parchment or a reusable baking sheet. Place 1 TBSP (6 grams) of grated Parmesan in a mound on a large baking sheet and repeat until you have 12 crisps. They will flatten out so do leave space between the crisps.
- Bake for 5 minutes on the middle rack until golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before moving the crisps.
- They can be stored for several days in an airtight container, refrigerated. If layering, separate the layers with parchment or wax paper.
