Parmesan Crisps

These are so good, as part of the antipasti tray or with a hot bowl of Tomato Soup. Super easy and 0 carbs. This recipe makes 12 crisps.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (70 grams) grated Parmesan Cheese 0 CHO

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400
  2. Line cooking sheet with parchment or a reusable baking sheet. Place 1 TBSP (6 grams) of grated Parmesan in a mound on a large baking sheet and repeat until you have 12 crisps. They will flatten out so do leave space between the crisps.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes on the middle rack until golden.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely before moving the crisps.
  5. They can be stored for several days in an airtight container, refrigerated. If layering, separate the layers with parchment or wax paper.
