Layered Mediterranean Dip

Flavours of the Middle East, Greece, and Italy come together in this incredible dip. Start with a layer of Hummus, Tzatziki, and then Bruschetta.

Whether we have leftovers or make the Hummus, Tzatziki and Bruschetta especially for this dip, layer and serve with pitas and Lemon Turkey Greek Style Meatballs.

  • 1 cup (240 gr) Hummus 32.92 CHO
  • 1 cup (272 gr) Tzatziki 14.12 CHO
  • 1 cup (176 gr) Bruschetta 5.28 CHO

  • TOTAL WEIGHT 679 GRAMS
  • 52.32 CHO DIVIDED BY 679 GRAMS= .077 CHO/GRAM
  • ¼ CUP = 55 GRAMS (.077 CHO x 55 GRAMS) 3.85 CHO/1/4 CUP

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on bottom of serving dish, then tzatziki and top with bruschetta.
  2. Garnish with a few black olive pieces if desired.
