JoBert’s White Wine Spritzer

So very refreshing on a hot day. The best spritzers are served super cold. Some of us like ice in the glass and others don’t. Regardless, use cold white wine and carbonated water (club soda or soda stream). Generally, mix 3 parts wine to 1 part soda, sit back and enjoy!

JoBert’s White Wine Spritzer

The basics of this spritzer have been developed over time by Chef JoBert. We all prefer ours a little differently. We agree on a splash of Angostura bitters so that the spritzer isn’t too sweet. Muddle the mint or use it to garnish. And add a lime slice!
