This is easy Friday night or game day food. The skin is bright and crisps up in the oven while the meat is tender and juicy.
Buffalo Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs with bone and skin
- ¼ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Toss chicken thighs with Frank’s Hot Sauce and let rest 5 minutes.
- Toss again and place chicken skin side up on baking sheet. (We use Pampered Chef, so there is no need for olive oil on a baking sheet).
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and vegetables or a Blue Cheese Coleslaw.
