Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs with bone and skin
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Toss chicken thighs with Frank’s Hot Sauce and let rest 5 minutes.
  3. Toss again and place chicken skin side up on baking sheet. (We use Pampered Chef, so there is no need for olive oil on a baking sheet).
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and vegetables or a Blue Cheese Coleslaw.
