Freeze extra blue cheese and use in this dip! When blue cheese is frozen it crumbles, so it’s perfect for a dip or dressing. This is so good, it deserves a martini glass! Serve with vegetables, chips and Buffalo Chicken.
Blue Cheese Dip
There has been much discussion over the years about blue cheese and gluten. Originally blue cheese was started on-a bed of bread, which does obviously contain gluten. The Celiac Society of Canada has recently advised most blue cheese is gluten free, using a different start than bread today.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (1.75oz/50 gr) Blue Cheese
- ¼ cup (51 gr) Hellman’s Regular Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Cream
- ½ tsp. Tarragon Vinegar

Instructions
- Crumble blue cheese in a medium bowl and add remining ingredients. Stir until incorporated and refrigerate until serving.
