There has been much discussion over the years about blue cheese and gluten. Originally blue cheese was started on-a bed of bread, which does obviously contain gluten.
The Celiac Society of Canada has recently advised most blue cheese is gluten free, using a different start than bread today.

½tsp.Tarragon Vinegar

Instructions
Crumble blue cheese in a medium bowl and add remining ingredients. Stir until incorporated and refrigerate until serving.
