Blue Cheese Dip

There has been much discussion over the years about blue cheese and gluten. Originally blue cheese was started on-a bed of bread, which does obviously contain gluten. The Celiac Society of Canada has recently advised most blue cheese is gluten free, using a different start than bread today.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (1.75oz/50 gr) Blue Cheese
  • ¼ cup (51 gr) Hellman’s Regular Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Cream
  • ½ tsp. Tarragon Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Crumble blue cheese in a medium bowl and add remining ingredients. Stir until incorporated and refrigerate until serving.
