Baja style fish tacos, originating on the Baja California and Mexican peninsula involves fried or grilled white fish, shredded cabbage and a creamy white sauce. Baja Sauce usually has mayo, sour cream, spices and lime, drizzled over the fish and cabbage.
Baja Sauce
Thanks to Brother-in-law, Kevin for the recipe! Fish tacos are a family favorite and a fun summertime meal. This sauce is very earthy in flavor, if you want a brighter, cilantro style sauce, try our Cool Green Dip. We serve both with tacos and both are delicious.
