Mason Jar Ice Cream Parfaits
These little gems are really quick to make and have on hand. The girls created and I Carb counted. The basic Parfait is 12 CHO but can quickly change with the topping additions. We always have Chapman’s French Vanilla Ice Cream, Peanut/Nut Free and Gluten Free.
Ingredients
Per each 125 ml mason jar:
- ¼ cup (45 gr) Chapman’s French Vanilla Ice Cream (24 CHO/3/4 CUP/135 GR) 8 CHO
- 1 TBSP (6 gr) Oreo Baking Crumbs (13 CHO/3 TBSP/17 gr) 4 CHO
- TOTAL CHO PER SERVING 12 CHO
TOPPINGS:
- Canned Whipped Cream (3 CHO/4 TBSP) 1.5 CHO/2 TBSP
- Smuckers Chocolate Sundae Syrup (23 CHO/2 TBSP/30 ML) 5.75 CHO/1/2 TBSP
- Smuckers Caramel Sundae Syrup (27 CHO/2 TBSP/30 ML) 6.75 CHO/1/2 TBSP
- Sprinkles – CHO as per your product
Instructions
- It is personal preference, place the Oreo Baking Crumbs on the bottom of the jar or on top of the ice cream.
- Freezes very well with the mason jar lids on or start adding the toppings and enjoy!!!
