Blue Cheese Butter
No Carbs! Most often associated with French cooking, you can flavor butter with many different herbs.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (54 gr) butter, room temperature 0 CHO
- 2 TBSP (22 gr) blue cheese, crumbled 0 CHO
Instructions
- Earlier in the day, bring butter and blue cheese to room temperature. Mix and place on plastic wrap.
- Roll the butter into a log shape and twist the ends of the plastic wrap so that butter is not exposed.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Once the grilled steak is cooked and resting place as many slices of Blue Cheese Butter on the steak as you wish.
