Blue Cheese Butter
No Carbs! Most often associated with French cooking, you can flavor butter with many different herbs.

(54 gr) butter, room temperature 0 CHO

(22 gr) blue cheese, crumbled 0 CHO

Earlier in the day, bring butter and blue cheese to room temperature. Mix and place on plastic wrap.

Roll the butter into a log shape and twist the ends of the plastic wrap so that butter is not exposed.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Once the grilled steak is cooked and resting place as many slices of Blue Cheese Butter on the steak as you wish.
