Pork Stir Fry

Pork Stir Fry

There are as many variations of a Stir Fry as there are Spaghetti Sauce recipes. The idea is not to overcook the vegetables and marinate thin cuts of meat before a fast dip in the wok.

The prep is definitely the time factor, the wok is quick, quick, quick.

Pork Stir Fry

Cut the pork as thinly as you can if it to absorb the flavours of the sauce while marinating for about 30 minutes before heating up the wok. Have all the vegetables cut and rice cooking before you start. Vermicelli is also a great side dish.

Bok Choy always cooks down, and we love it. Put it all in the wok and you will be able to eat it all!
