Three Farmers Crunchy Little Lentils come in a variety of flavours.
Sea Salt is our favourite as a topping for salads.
Barbecue and Sea Salt & Vinegar are perfect for nibbling.
Gluten Free, Nut and Peanut Free, and Vegan – 3 farmers and 2 sisters are the powerhouse behind these great lentils.
There is 21 CHO per 1/3 cup or 50 gr., but a tablespoon goes a long way, coming in at about 4 CHO.
