This adapted recipe from Epicurious can be served over rice or Naan and as a side dish with grilled lamb chops. Ghurma is a type of stew with a thick sauce and Aloo; derived from Sanskrit means the root.

This rich and hearty stew warms up the house on those long winter days. The Castelvetrano olives add a savoury depth to the dish, and we like to serve it in a bowl with Creamy Polenta.

Fresh Halibut is available throughout the spring and summer.  Simple is best on hot days and grilled peppers pair beautifully.
