We recently visited the Ingleside Inn, Palm Springs; and were reminded of this classic dressing, created in San Francisco. They served the dressing as dip for vegetables and alongside crab cakes.
This is a super easy summer salad and great with a nice steak. The dressing is Caesar like, and is brushed onto the romaine as it grills. Serve some of the dressing on the side and drizzle as much as you want. Adapted from…
