Pomegranates

Pomegranates are believed to be one of the worlds first cultivated crops. Brilliant bright red, they can be stored refrigerated for up to 2 months.

Pomegranates

Typically, we associate Christmas with pomegranates because that's when we see them, in Canada.

They dress up any dessert, salad, drink, cheese board or sprinkle them on lamb dishes. The girls eat them anytime, anyway, by the handful.

Pomegranates have been cultivated since ancient times and are a symbol for prosperity and fertility.

Surprisingly, the fibre count has an impact the more you eat, otherwise it’s fruit and sugar at its best.

Ingredients
