Even though this drink says cozy up to the fire, the Mudslide was actually created at the Wreck Bar in Rum Point on Grand Cayman Island. It is the islands’ signature drink today; so just think sandy beaches instead of apres-ski. It is potent so one is plenty.
Mudslide Martini
Cream makes a difference, so don’t substitute milk and enjoy at the end of a long day. It’s dessert in a glass!
Ingredients
- 1 oz. (2 TBSP) Vodka 0 CHO
- 1 oz. (2 TBSP) Kahlua 14.7 CHO
- 1 oz. (2 TBSP) Bailey’s Irish Cream 11.2 CHO
- ½ oz. (1 TBSP) Cream 0 CHO
- Shaved chocolate to garnish
TOTAL CHO PER DRINK 25.9 CHO
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add ingredients and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a little shaved chocolate if desired.
