Lobster Tails
Instead of boiling lobster tails try broiling. Serve with clarified butter, a tender cut of beef, vegetables and a salad. Lobster is 0 Carbs.
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 lobster tails
- Clarified butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pre heat broiler and move rack second from the top. You want to cook the lobster tail through and not burn it.
- Cut lobster tails along top, lengthwise and pull apart shell a little so that the lobster meat will cook under the broiler. Butterfly (cut the meat of the tail down the center, about ½ inch deep). Baste with clarified butter, salt and pepper.
- Broil 5 – 10 minutes until lobster meat is opaque.
