We purchased both the Harissa Spice Blend and Harissa Paste this past summer. And enjoyed both Harissa Spice Blend Mayonnaise just as much as this recipe with Harissa Paste mixed with honey, basted on pork tenderloin.
It was summer and we served it with Peach Salsa, otherwise rice is always a good choice to soak up all of the juices and marinade.
Harissa Honey Pork Tenderloin
Because pork tenderloin is so lean, it is easy to overcook. Sometimes we grill it wrapped or sitting on aluminum foil after a quick sear to lock in the juices. The foil keeps the marinade and juices with the pork rather than on the grill.
