- 1 large cob with husks = (360 gr)
- After cooking and slicing corn from cob = (115 gr) 20 CHO
Instructions
- There are so many ways to cook corn.
- The most common is to remove the silk and husks. Then boil for mere minutes (4) in a large pot of water. Do not add salt!
