Red Wine Vinaigrette
This is one of our “go to” dressings with just about any kind of salad. 0 CHO. Perfect!
Ingredients
Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Simple Salad
- 6 cups baby greens
- Slivers red onion
- Slices peppers, fresh or roasted
Instructions
- Add vinaigrette ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until incorporated. Toss with any salad; Simple Salad is our quick weeknight “go to”.
