Mike’s Margarita
This is but one of the many Margarita’s they serve at the Hacienda, a Mexican restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, Arizona. This one promptly became Mike’s favorite. This is as close a copy as Mike can get, without traveling back. Use Anejo or any premium Tequila
Ingredients
1 Drink:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Tequila 0 CHO
- 2 oz (60 ml) Lime Cocktail mix (Mott's Mr & Mrs T:23 CHO/120ML) 11.5 CHO
- 1 oz (30 ml) Grand Marnier 6 CHO
- 1 oz (30 ml) Cointreau 7 CHO
TOTAL CHO 24.5 CHO
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half full of crushed ice. Quickly check texts and emails for a couple minutes, while letting margarita rest in the shaker.
- Pour all ingredients, including ice into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lime slice if desired.
- Definitely an adult treat!
