Ice Cream and Raspberries
A really easy dessert for the kids to make when raspberries are in the markets and picked fresh.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup - (1 round scoop) Breyer’s Vanilla Ice Cream 18 CHO/125 ml/79 gr 9 CHO
- 8 (40 gr) Raspberries 2 CHO
- 1 TBSP Dairyland Whipped Cream 3 CHO/4 TBSP .75 CHO
TOTAL CHO 11.75 CHO
Instructions
Scoop ice cream into a dish, add raspberries and top with a spray of whipped cream. Summer fun!
