Instructions
Mix all ingredients, these are very soft and sticky so beware. Line cooking sheet with parchment paper and form 12 balls as best you can. 47 grams each or smaller if you prefer, just adjust CHO/each bite and baking time. Bake for 35 minutes at 350.
Serve with green lettuce leaves, and vegetables as part of an appetizer or with stir fried vegetables for more of a meal.
