Ingredients
½cupsalted butter
2TBSP(4 gr) fresh sage
1TBSP(2 gr) fresh parsley
¼tsp.Pepper
Instructions
Mash ½ cup butter, sage, parsley, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Transfer to plastic wrap and form into a log, wrap tightly and refrigerate until using.
This can easily be made in smaller portions or freeze smaller portions for another time.
When ready to use slice a round of sage butter and place on top of hot grilled chops or fish.
