Cooking time will depend on the size of your radishes. Ours were unusually large, so 20 minutes was enough to cook them through without softening them too much.

Ingredients
1bunch radishestrimmed and cleaned
2TBSPolive oil
Zest of 1 orange
1TBSPfresh rosemaryfinely chopped
½tsp.salt
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400.
Cut radishes in half and toss with olive oil, orange zest, salt and rosemary.
Arrange cut side down on a baking sheet. Cook 20 minutes or until desired doneness and serve immediately.
