Instructions
Place Taco Seasoning spices in a small dish and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet and scramble fry ground meat until cooked halfway through.
Add onions and jalapeno and continue to cook through.
Sprinkle Taco Seasoning, water and chopped tomatoes. Stir and bring to a vigorous simmer. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed.
Add drained black beans, stir, and serve with any condiments you wish.
