Honey is used to sweeten this whipped cream and it adds a unique depth of flavour.
Add whipping cream and vanilla to your chilled stand mixer bowl (or large chilled bowl if mixing by hand) and turn on low.
Slowly add the honey and turn on high.
Watch closely, until stiff peaks form.
