Baby Back ribs are more tender and leaner than Spare ribs which are larger and meatier.
Baby Back are shorter than Spare ribs; hence the name.
Both require low, slow cooking or grilling to become nice and tender.
There are no Carbs until the sides come to the table.
Serve with any sides you wish. Some of our favourites include French Fries, Stuffed Potatoes, Potato Skins, Coleslaw, or Saffron Rice.
