Gluten Free Perogies
Joe’s Potato and Cheddar Cheese Perogies are the best I have tried.
And even though most of their retail partners are in Saskatchewan, we found these in Kelowna at Urban Fare.

GF Perogies 33 CHO

cup
(58 gr) sour cream 4 CHO

Chives to garnish 0 CHO

Salt and pepper to taste 0 CHO

butter 0 CHO

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan.

Add perogies, reduce heat to a simmer and partially cover with the lid.

Simmer about 8 – 10 minutes, the perogies will nicely be floating on the top.

Heat butter in a small non-stick skillet.

Remove with slotted spoon and place in skillet. Sauté for 3 minutes until perogies are nicely browned on both sides.

Serve with garnishes immediately.
