A change to the way we usually make Caesar Salad. More mayonnaise and less oil all put into the blender.
The Carbs are so low in this salad we count it as 0.

Ingredients
¼cup(51 gr) Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise
½cup(35 gr) Parmesan Cheese, grated
1TBSPolive oil
2TBSPlemon juice
½TBSPFrench’s Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
2– 4 anchovieschopped
½tsp.salt
¼tsp.pepper
¼tsp.dry mustard
1/8tsp.garlicminced
8– 10 cups Romaine lettucechopped
Instructions
Rinse and chop lettuce. Let air dry for an hour after spinning. The lettuce can be wrapped in paper towel, placed in a large Zip Lock bag and stored in the refrigerator for days.
Place all ingredients in a small blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
