Creamy Caesar Salad

A change to the way we usually make Caesar Salad. More mayonnaise and less oil all put into the blender.

The Carbs are so low in this salad we count it as 0.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (51 gr) Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (35 gr) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • ½ TBSP French’s Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 – 4 anchovies chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic minced
  • 8 – 10 cups Romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop lettuce. Let air dry for an hour after spinning. The lettuce can be wrapped in paper towel, placed in a large Zip Lock bag and stored in the refrigerator for days.
  2. Place all ingredients in a small blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Toss with lettuce and serve.
  4. Garnish with lemon and more Parmesan if desired.
