2TBSPred wine vinegar
½tspKosher salt
1clovegarlic minced
½shallotfinely chopped
1/2 cupfresh cilantrominced
½cupparsleyminced
3TBSPfinely chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
Instructions
Finely mince garlic, shallot, cilantro, parsley and oregano with a very sharp knife. Add red wine vinegar, salt and olive oil. Stir to incorporate and serve. Lasts a couple days refrigerated.
