Champagne Vinegar and Orange Vinaigrette

fresh parsley sprigs

spinach or baby greens

medium radish
thinly sliced

Combine vinegar, oil and orange zest in a small bowl and set aside. Just prior to serving stir in the chopped chives and oregano.

When ready to serve, place greens or spinach on a plate. Then add thinly sliced radish and parsley sprigs.

Drizzle with dressing and serve.
