Red onion slices and lettuce to garnish 0 CHO

Instructions
Lightly season beef with salt and pepper.
Heat grill to 400 and cook burgers, flipping regularly until nearly cooked through.
Cut cheese slices in half so they will fit on the burgers and place on beef. Close barbecue lid and let rest until cheese is melted. Remove burgers from grill.
Meanwhile roughly chop mushrooms.
Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms to pan, lightly salt and pepper; and cook for 4 – 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish burger as desired and serve with mushrooms.
