Instructions
Remove stem and roots from butter lettuce with a knife and separate leaves.
Heat sesame oil in skillet and add ground chicken or turkey. When cooked about halfway, add garlic and chives. Continue cooking through and until there is no liquid in the pan.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl add Hoisin, Teriyaki, Tamari, rice vinegar, ginger, Sriracha and cornstarch. Mix to incorporate and add to skillet. Continue to cook on medium/low heat.
Add chopped water chestnuts and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Add basil leaves. Stir and serve with more Sriracha if desired
