Using a nice dry Prosecco, mixed with the Aperol just ups the experience. Think of hot summer days in Italy. We prefer adding a drop of Angostura Orange Bitters to the spritz.
Ice in drinks is a very personal thing. Use as much or as little as you prefer. More ice will dilute the drink. I prefer 2-3 cubes; Mike likes double that.
Add ice to a white wine glass. Then add Aperol, Prosecco, Angostura Orange Bitters and orange slice.
