Instructions
Core tomatoes, cut in half and place cut side up on a platter.
In a small bowl, dice avocado and gently mix with salt, pepper, and cumin. Add lime juice, taste and set aside.
Sprinkle fresh chopped oregano on tomatoes. Top each tomato with 1 TBSP avocado salsa. Crumble cheese over tomatoes and avocado. Garnish with oregano sprigs.
