Build the nachos up with just about anything you like, making them simple and light or sprinkled with cooked ground beef/diced chicken for a heavier meal. Serve with salsa, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and/or sour cream. We usually serve Nachos with wings or ribs on the side. Most of the carbs are in the tortilla chips.

Grated cheddar cheese 0 CHO

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400.
Layer tortilla chips in single or little more than a single layer on baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese and any accompaniments you wish except avocado, cilantro, salsa and sour cream.
Bake for 5 minutes until cheese melted. Remove from oven and serve with whatever sides you wish.
