With the exception of the bread, there are no Carbs in the cheese mixture. Very easy and flavorful, with Italian fare or a beautiful steak.

Ingredients
¼cupsoft butter
1cup(70 gr) grated Parmesan Cheese
½tsp.dried oregano
1/8 - ¼tsp.minced garlic
*½ Artisan baguette (24 inches) or GF French loaf: CHO dependent on your product
Instructions
Pre heat broiler.
Mix soft butter, Parmesan, garlic and oregano with a fork until well blended and almost a smooth paste.
Cut Baguette in half and then cut each half lengthwise (above recipe is enough butter for ½ of the whole baguette). On a baking sheet place baguette cut side up and broil until golden but not burned. Spread cheese mixture on baguettes and return to broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese melted and golden.
